- ¼ tsp of salt
- ½ cup of sugar
- ½ tsp of baking powder
- ½ tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 whole egg
Method
- At first keep your oven preheated at 350°F (180°C). Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, beat the sugar and softened butter until it becomes all fluffy and light. Then add the vanilla extract and the egg, until properly mixed.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients with the mixture of cream and butter. Follow the process by folding in the shredded coconut.
- To shape the cookies, take a spoonful of the dough and then roll them into small balls. Then flatten them with the back of a spoon or with your fingers. Place those on the baking sheet.
- Then these cookies need some serious baking in the oven for around 15 to 20 minutes until the edges become golden brown.
- After removing them from the oven, let them settle for some minutes. Serve warm!
